Anything sold on The FrappyPie is digital, so you should receive your product(s) instantaneously, unless it is a custom order. If you are not satisfied with your download, please contact us at hello@frappypie.com and we will try our best to resolve the issue based on the information provided to us.
What fees are there when buying on FrappyPie?
You will be responsible for the amount of the item(s) you are purchasing, any taxes based on the state of the seller/buyer that may apply, and a $0.99 service fee per transaction.
